Overthinking & rumination

When your mind replays the same scene or question again and again, it feels like thinking harder should solve it, but loops rarely do. Overthinking is one of the most common reasons people seek wellness conversations.

You might relate if…

The same thought takes another lap.
  • You replay conversations long after they're over
  • Small decisions feel huge and exhausting
  • You criticize yourself more harshly than you'd treat a friend
  • Sleep suffers because your brain won't quiet down

How ClaraShift wellness counselling helps

The tangle loosens until one line is enough.
  • Spot rumination patterns without fighting every thought
  • Use simple frameworks to move from stuck to action
  • Reduce perfectionism that blocks progress
  • Build evening wind-down habits for a calmer mind

If you are in India

Comparing marks, salaries, and marriages on family chats feeds the loop. A private hour is a place to think without an audience.

Audio and chat start at ₹2,499. Video starts at ₹2,999. The exact prices are on the India pricing page before you pay. Sessions are online. If you are in immediate danger, call local emergency services. The government Tele-MANAS helpline is 14416 (Ministry of Health). ClaraShift is not that helpline.

Common questions

Will you tell me to stop thinking?

No. The aim is to see when thinking has stopped helping, and to practise a next step that is small enough to do.

Is night-time worry included?

Yes. Many people book because the mind gets loud when the day goes quiet. A session can include a wind-down you can try that night.

Do I need a diagnosis first?

No. If worry is part of a condition a doctor is already treating, you can still use these sessions alongside that care. Tell your therapist what support you already have.

You do not need a perfect reason to start

Pick a therapist, choose a listed time, and pay the price shown.
