Overthinking & rumination

Common questions
Will you tell me to stop thinking?
No. The aim is to see when thinking has stopped helping, and to practise a next step that is small enough to do.
Is night-time worry included?
Yes. Many people book because the mind gets loud when the day goes quiet. A session can include a wind-down you can try that night.
Do I need a diagnosis first?
No. If worry is part of a condition a doctor is already treating, you can still use these sessions alongside that care. Tell your therapist what support you already have.
