Common questions

Are these self-help tools a diagnosis?

No. They are for personal awareness only. Only a qualified professional can diagnose. If scores feel high or life feels heavy, booking a session is a practical next step.

Do I need an account to use Self help?

No. Tools are free and private in your browser. Nothing is saved to your ClaraShift account unless you choose to book.

When should I book counselling instead of only using self-help?

If stress, anxiety, low mood, or relationship strain keep affecting sleep, work, or relationships, talking with a counsellor usually helps more than tools alone.

Want a human in the room?

Self-help is a start. A private session can help you turn insight into a plan that fits your life.
