Common questions
Is grief only about a death?
No. People also grieve a breakup, a move, a job, or a future they expected. There is no correct number of weeks.
Will you rush me to move on?
No. The session follows your pace. Friends may want you to be fine. Here you do not have to perform that.
What if I feel worse after talking?
