Grief & loss

Grief isn't only about death. It follows breakups, relocations, health changes, and lost dreams. There is no correct timeline; what you feel is your mind adjusting to something that mattered.

Common questions

Is grief only about a death?

No. People also grieve a breakup, a move, a job, or a future they expected. There is no correct number of weeks.

Will you rush me to move on?

No. The session follows your pace. Friends may want you to be fine. Here you do not have to perform that.

What if I feel worse after talking?

Strong feeling can rise when you finally say it. If you feel unsafe, stop and use a local emergency number.
